“You Don’t Have to Do This Alone.”

“Join our women’s retreat and find the support and tools you need to start anew… whether you’re navigating grief, loss, or rediscovering who you are.”

We’ve been there, rebuilding from heartbreak, moving to new countries, and trying to start fresh without any support. That’s why we created these retreats.A space where women can learn the tools we never had. How to regulate anxiety, release guilt, and finally feel safe in their own skin again. If you’re in the middle of a life shift, we created this for you.Let this be your first step toward healing, sisterhood, and becoming who you were always meant to be.

Maputla retreats offers:

• Stress and anxiety tools that actually work
• Gentle coping practices for major life changes
• Rituals to help you reconnect with yourself
• Healing workshops & women’s circles
• A community of women who truly get it

The start of Maputla

We are three women who met not in perfection, but in transition. Each of us arrived carrying life chapters that stretched us, moments of letting go, rediscovering, and rewriting who we thought we were. We didn’t come together to impress. We have walked through heartbreak, reinvention, and healing. Now, we teach what we never had… tools for the heart, rituals for the soul, and a space to truly belong.

This is more than a retreat. This is a return, to self, to soul, to sisterhood.

We found sisterhood in vulnerability, strength in softness, and freedom in truth. What started as a personal journey became a shared calling, to create a space for other women to remember who they are underneath the noise. A space that whispers: you are whole, even while becoming.

Maputla is a movement by women, for women. From our healing to yours.

We don’t promise quick fixes or perfect answers. We promise presence. We promise depth.
